Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 4296) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 221                                                            
"An Act relating to workers' compensation for volunteer                       
ambulance attendants, police officers, and fire fighters; and                  
providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to HB 221, thus adopting SCS HB 221(L&C), and                        
recommended that the members vote yes.
